My Crochet Journey (1)
I started crocheting since I was about 10...when we were taught as part of our home economics practicals and for some cosmic reason it just stuck. As a child, all I wanted to be was a knitwear designer, Crochet was my life, I couldn't do a day without it and every time I closed my eyes I saw myself crocheting away into wealth and probably stardom LOL. But I received my wake up slap when it was time to go to university, there was no crochet or knitting course in any Jamb form so....second choice was Mass Communication which I studied with all diligence and graduated in cat-walking colors (the grades were trying to fly small small). In this part of the world where I am from and live Knit/crochet is not really considered as a 'stable' career path, but a hobby but this hobby is like a burning flame in my heart that won't just go off.
